Abstract:Creative potential is the nature of human beings, and creativity and creative behavior from employees are the main sources and starting point of organizational creativity. Through erecting a theoretical model on KTMT triggering system, this article analyzes the effects of knowledge, thinking, motivation and time on employee ~ creative behavior. At the same time, this article puts forward that organization should strengthen HRM practices, such as organizational learning, knowledge management, training, creativity- oriented culture, compensation and welfare, empowerment management and MBO, so as to promote the formation of the triggering system
