This article mainly uses systems thinking methods to analyze many problems which exist in the technical innovation process of Chinese enterprises, such as low motivation, narrow and small space, low efficiency and so on. The article points out the restrictive factors that cause these questions and releases lever solutions and the basic solutions. Finally, it has designed six system- based molds, helps the readers understand them better and so as to solve the problems.
