The paper made an analysis on the investigation of independent innovation of agrlbusiness, and we summarized the factors and obstacles which affected the independent innovation of agribusiness. Then, we made a summary of tactic model of the independent innovation of agribusiness, and we put forward the constructs of four creative stages which are technological innovation stage and marketable innovation stage and cultural innovation stage and intellective innovation stage. The innovation - tact system of agribusiness can realize completely, on the base of integration of intellectual innovation - stage,industrial chain interaction of marketable innovation - stage,self - catelyzation system of cultural innovation stage and super circulation system of intellectual innovation stage.
