While the advantages of knowledge share and technology diffusion are obtained in industry cluster, the disadvantages of innovation capacity decline and cluster lock - in also appear. In this paper, the relationship of knowledge share with innovation resources input in freedom endogenesis industrial cluster is analyzed, and the output models with the influence of organizational public knowledge and private knowledge are given. The influences of the factors such as knowledge share depth and private knowledge flexibility that make impacts upon knowledge share behaviors and innova- tion resources input are studied. The relative conclusions give some hlntsto understand the interaction mechanism of the relationship of knowledge share with innovation resources input in freedom endogenesis industrial cluster,and they also support the government to draw the cluster innovation policy for different types of cluster.
