Based on summarizing the research on the types and causes of strategic risks, this paper analyzes corporation strategic risks from the strategic management process perspective, involving the premise risk in the strategy analysis phase, the governance risk in the strategy selection phase,the mismatch risk and the rigidity risk in the strategy implementation phase, then explores the causes of each of various risks. Furthermore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for corporation strategic risk management.
