This paper first gives the concept of"science and technology diplomacy"on the basis of some theory knowl- edge,then gradually reveals the inherent and interaction about science and Technology with diplomacy at the same time explores the science and technology diplomacy status of some development countries,analysis its strategy of science and technology diplomacy in the use of global resources,for the better in the use of global scientific and technological re- sources and providing reference how to conduct science and technology diplomacy.Finally Against some status and prob- lems of our country science and technology diplomacy giving the principle requirements and recommendations about strengthening and improving China's science and technology diplomacy work.
