In realistic economy,one country would be restricted by a great deal of factors if she wants to share interna- tional advanced technology based on the channel of international trade,FDI,etc.Especially to a big developing country such as China,it is by no means easy to really produce the technological diffusion effect.It is the important factors of human capital and trade agglomeration to influence our country absorb foreign advanced technology.This paper brings human capital and trade agglomeration into traditional technological diffusion model,and analyzes their important func- tion in international technological diffusion.
