The model of crisis Early-warning case searching based on gray relationship is built in the paper.Weighted weight distance expending and case modifying method in the environment of complex decision-making are also sugges- ted.The research lays a new foundation for further study of applying case-based reasoning for enterprise crisis Early- warning.
