Based on the 2002 Input-Output Table of China,this paper has carried on the quantitative analysis on the linkage and spreading structure between hi-tech sectors.We also propose the non-equilibrium development strategy of hi-tech sectors and get the conclusion that to promote the developing of the electronic parts and components sector, computer manufacturing sector and correspondence equipment manufacturing is of strategic meaning at present.
