This paper takes the technical diffusion rate as the main research object,according to the life cycle of prod- ucts and field condition characteristics in the technical diffusion process,divides the technology diffusion process into three stages,namely the form period of field source,the steady period of field source,and the decline period of field source.According to the different period characteristics of technical diffusion,this paper brings forward three stages technology diffusion rate models,then carries on the confirmation with statistical software to the model fitting degree and the model parameters,using the data of China mobile communication market,obtains the quite satisfied result.Each stage diffusion rate will be thoroughly understandable in the entire process of technical diffusion basing on three stages models of rate.
