Exploration and utilization of the biomass energy resource plays an important role in easing energy crisis and protecting ecological environment.Based on the survey about the present condition of biomass energy resource and its exploration and utilization situation in Jiangsu province,this paper analyzes the current development bottleneck that the biomass energy industry in Jiangsu province faces.It also proposes the countermeasures for the biomass energy industry in Jiangsu province drawing on the useful experience of exploration and utilization of the biomass energy in America,EU,Brazil,et al.
