Based on a Panel Data from Shanghai,we investigate the complex relationship among technology policies,development zones and TFP of high-tech enterprise in China.We find that technology policies have a positive impaction on increasing TFP of high-tech enterprise in China,but it does not show any significant relationship between development zones and TFP of high-tech enterprise.
