Since the pricing mechanism for natural gas prevailing in China doesn't conform to the development of natural gas market,a systematical analysis is employed in the study,in terms of the present situations and disadvantages on the market characteristics and the pricing mode.Also compare with the rules of pricing mechanism for natural gas in developed countries(U.S.,U.K.,Japan).A detail design of pricing mechanism for China's natural gas is concluded finally.
