Based on the survey accomplished in Nanjing city,the paper holds that at present there are some problems of the landless peasants' city adapting in their job hunting,social contact,social mentality and identity.Some measures should be taken appropriately from the point of view of the subject,the government,the community and the society,so as to break though their plights and raise their abilities of adapting the cities.
