The community-based rehabilitation takes unparalleled advantage of the traditional model of industrial rehabilitation,and it is the key link in the rehabilitation work.In the early process of industrialization,Britain,Germany and the United States had began to attach importance to community-based rehabilitation and develop it,and each of them formed a unique pattern of practice.British implementation of universal health services,community health service to the cause,to promote a comprehensive rehabilitation;Germany attaches great importance to rehabilitation legislation,and pursuing a "social thing to do community",practicing occupational rehabilitation,to promote "social rehabilitation";United States attaches importance to the development of the market of private vocational rehabilitation industry and community care services,promotes the vocational rehabilitation professional advice,and has created a market-oriented,professional and community-based rehabilitation road.Britain,Germany,the United States provide a useful insight on China's mode of practice to promote community-based injury rehabilitation: First,we should play government community-based rehabilitation in the leading role;the second is to achieve community-based rehabilitation and vocational rehabilitation of the combination;third is to improve the social support network of community-based rehabilitation;fourth is to cause the development of community health services;five is to build social funding system of community-based rehabilitation;six is to build a compound personnel of the community rehabilitation;seven is to strengthen the propaganda of community-based injury rehabilitation.
