Nowadays,Japan owns the largest number of invention in China.This paper studies the technological advantage and the structure of American service invention in china from 1985 to 2006.Based on the SIPO invention patent database,Japanese Service invention patent data is classified according to the concordance of IPC and technology.Finally,on the focus of further cooperation with Japanese multinational and technology interaction,we will stress the policy implication for the government and the domestic companies.
