Strategy alliance is a major approach to realize the technological standardization and interests.The patent portfolios of enterprises are the important elements to determine its status,functions and profit distribution in the alliance.Applying method of the Shapley Value,we construct a Game model to study the motivation and different strategy of high-tech enterprise's entrance of technological standards alliance,and to explore the mechanism of intellectual property rights and technological standardization cooperation of enterprise.Case of TD-SCDMA manifests the consistent in practice with the theoretic conclusion,which have important explanatory power for exploring the strategic approaches to enhancing the independent innovation capability and developing the technological standardization,and promoting the industrial technology development.
