This text develops the foundation top of relation in the detailed analysis logistics industry and industry.With the model of industry growth analysis and Autoregressive Distributed Lag(ADL) model,the conclusion shows that the green food industry of China has entered the middle term of growth stage,and development level of third party-logistics has become the important factor that has effect on the development of green food industry.The problem is outstanding that Logistics is being out of the industry development need's,which causes the"bottleneck"effect and waste of social resource,so as to put forward suggestion that strengthen management of logistics to promote the two harmonious developments.
