Scientific quality of contemporary undergraduates is the basic safeguard of a country's powerfulness,and the solid foundation for education and scientific research in university to achieve a qualitative leap.The author had done an in-depth investigation and research on current situation of contemporary undergraduates' scientific social responsibilities,and proposed that enhancement of contemporary undergraduates' scientific social responsibilities is the soul project for the construction of an innovative country,the basis for cultivation of undergraduates' scientific wisdom and innovation responsibility,and the essence in enhancing undergraduates' scientific quality.
