The article points out that the basic goal of deepening medical and hygiene system's reformation is to construct the state basic medical and hygiene system which covers all the city and countryside residence,and gives some suggestions about the basic principle of reformation,the choice of the road,the construction of the guarantee and service system,and some key relevant reformations.
