This article describes the advantages and disadvantages of market system,government management and network governance which could be selected to be the system of the construction of the harmonious socialism society.On this basis,the article puts forward basic ideas of integration,optimization and rational application to the three types of systems:market system is the basic system which can provide the necessary material condition for the construction of harmonious socialism society and government management is the most important system to realize the goal of harmonious socialism society.Moreover,network governance is the promising important supplementary system for construction of the harmonious socialism society.The paper also puts forward the countermeasure on optimizing the three systems.
