Recycling economy is an ideal pattern to realize the sustainable development.Under the circumstances of analyzing resources and environment problems faced by rapid economic growth in China,this paper puts forward the exploratory strategy on advance-grads to develop recycling economy,and further demonstrates the intrinsic reasons and three stages of strategic deployment.In the light of differences of regional development,the regional patterns of developing recycling economy in eastern,central,western and northeastern are brought forward.
