Reviewing the conceptions of serendipitous innovation,this paper discusses the mechanism of this special innovative mode and divides the consecutive process into 5 stages.In addition,the procedure model of serendipitous innovation is put forward,as well as the inducing factors model focusing on the corporations' inner environment.
