With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the activities of logistics in enterprises have affected the humanities and eco-environment;this obeys the construction of harmonious society of socialism.In order to construct it,change the affection of the traditional logistics of enterprises,this paper gives the empirical study of green logistics for enterprises.It analyses the data with the tool of SPSS,mainly using the descriptive statistics and factor statistics after the questionnaires declaring.After the analysis,it identifies 15 main factors,and builds a director system of green logistics management for enterprises.
