Abstract:On the problem of air ticket price control,there are more qualitative studies than quantitative studies which have fixed patterns,and their conclusions are also simplistic and shallow.This paper analyzes the air ticket price control problem with game theory and explains theoretically while introducing a social welfare function and the factor of company's Load Rate.And finally,the paper explains the price control behavior of CAAC with the second-best theory,and summarizes the slowly reform model of air ticket management.
