    摘要:

    本文从三个层面分析了我国外商直接投资产业结构转变效应:外商直接投资与我国三次产业结构转变、外商直接投资与区域产业结构变动、外商直接投资与我国制造业内部结构转变,并在制造业这一层面进一步从外商直接投资的不同性质和不同来源分析对外商直接投资的结构转变效应的影响,以便为更好地利用外资调整产业结构提供依据。

    Abstract:

    This article analyses the effect of FDI on industrial structure conversion from three lays: FDI and the thrice industrial structure conversion in China,FDI and the regional industrial structure conversion,FDI and the industrial structure conversion within the manufacturing industry of China.These analysis can provide theoretical basis to utilize FDI to adjust industrial structure better.
