Biodiesel oil is a kind of clean renewable energy which is environmentally friendly and nontoxic.The development of biodiesel oil means a lot for agriculture structural adjustment,farmers' income increase and environment protection.Currently,China's biodiesel oil industry is still on its primary stage which needs specific guidelines and policies to:carry out resource surveys and shape industry development plan,strengthen technological research and development,foster sustainable market demand and dredge up sale channels,constitute quality standards and standard system,improve interdepartmental coordination and handle the inner relationship between domestic oil enterprises and their relationship with private enterprises,other state-owned enterprises and foreign-owned enterprises.
