Based on data from an empirical social survey,the paper analyses the PhD Graduates' attitude towards the scientific misconduct and the influencing facts of this attitude.The results show that more than one quarter of the PhD graduates hold a tolerant attitude towards scientific misconducts.Further analysis on the influencing facts shows that,people with higher personal academic capacity and academic interest are less likely to tolerate misconducts,while those who have scientific working experience are more tolerant to misconducts.The more misconducts happened around the respondents,the less relevant train courses the respondents got from the universities,and the respondents are more likely to tolerate misconducts.The policy implications from these results are also discussed in the paper.
