In the time of fast urbanization, this paper builds up an analytic framework about the determinants of intercity residential land price differences. With the 524 land cases of 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta,we get the average residential land prices of the cities. The empirical results reveal that the invested intensity of the urban infrastructure, average level of current assets and quantity of the house are the prominent determinants that cause the price differences. The invested intensity of the urban infrastructure and average level of current assets have the positive effect, but quantity of the house has a negative effect. The three determinants can explain 54.30% price differences of residential land.
