This paper conducts an empirical study on the relativity of the value chain enterprise value with data of company in the stock-market from finance aspect.The result demonstrates that,there is relevancy with the value of relevant enterprises in the value chain,and changes of a factor affecting the enterprise value in the value chain exert influences of varying degrees upon the values of downstream and upstream enterprises.This research enriches and improves the enterprise value theory from finance management aspect by utilizing value chain theory.
