This paper tries to validate the application of TPB model to study on Chinese undergraduate entrepreneurial intentions. The authors adopt subjective norms, attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived feasibility to explain Chinese undergraduates' entrepreneurial intention, which is divided into committal and noncommittal dimensions by using multivariate measurement. The study shows the path coefficients from subjective norms, attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavior control to entrepreneurial intention are 0.430,0.289 and 0.136 respectively.46.9% of variance in entrepreneurial intentions is explained by TPB model. The study also demonstrates that subjective norms have larger influences on Chinese students than foreign students.
