Along with the network technique applied to the universality and its development,fundamental changes have taken place in the spreads way and speed of the public opinion.Network public opinion influenced the human social state.Seeing from the unconventional safe view,because of the point of catholicity,multinational,complexity of network public opinion spreads,the network public opinion has become to affect the new problem in national security.This thesis gave a demonstration of network public opinion to the social influence,studied the network public opinion to the impact of our country's national security,and put forward some policy suggestion to management the network public opinion.
