Combining the theory of information dissymmetry,this article analyzes the approaches and rules of generation in the course of the information systems consignation.The article starts from the extent of depending to the information systems erector.Then it analyzes the risk models of multi-consignation and disperse consignation.In this article,the concept of abstract information quantity is put forward,which regard the complicated information systems operations as the quantitative and general information operation.And help to reduce the risk of consignation to offer the reference to the decision of information systems consignation for the enterprises through the analysis of the reason of the risk.
