Science mapping is one of the valid tools in analyzing intellectual structure,as well as guiding the future studies for researchers.To identify the main trends in Managerial Psychology field,this research analyzes 524 source documents in CSSCI from 2000 to 2005 and constructs a science map of this discipline by Document Co-citation Analysis,which illustrates the 6 focues in this field.
