Cultivated land transfer is an essential mean for resolving the harmonies between the flaw of household contract responsibility system and the demands of agricultural modernization.The farmer household,as the direct user of cultivated land,plays an important role in the cultivated land transfer.In this paper,basing on the survey of 1396 households,74 villages,38 counties,Jiangxi province,the Principal Components Analysis and Pearson Correlated were employed to analyze factors affecting the households' behavior in cultivated land transfer out and in.The results showed: influence factor of farm households' behavior on cultivated land transfer flowing out are in turn the non-agriculture employment opportunity,cultivated land management benefit,cultivated land broken,household income level,economical condition of region and transportation convenience;and influence factor of farm households' behavior on cultivated land transfer flowing in are in turn household income condition,cultivated land broken,cultivated land management benefit,the non-agriculture employment opportunity,economical condition of region and transportation convenience.
