This paper summarized and concluded the cargo alteration in Yangtze Delta since 1990.From the angle of time,the cargo has increased very fast and infrastructure is mature.The author used a series of measures to analyze the cargo in Yangtze Delta and found the disequilibrium and centralization are the main stream in this region since 1990.
