The phenomenon of social atomization indicates that thermodynamic Lagrangian Function can also be used to describe the relationship between microcosmic individual behaviors and macroscopic social state.Based on this point,the social potential and kinetic energy mechanism are elaborated on,and the mechanism model for the construction of harmonious society is put forward.Meanwhile,the formation process of harmonious society is divided into three stages which are from destabilizing to stabilizing state,from stabilizing to orderly state,and from orderly to harmonious state.The construction of harmonious society is considered as the dynamic process that the former stages go round and round and then the social harmonious degree is continually increased.In the end,the basic conditions and countermeasures for the realization of each stage are also discussed.
