The waste batteries contain not only the hazardous substances,but also the precious metals.Currently,the low recycling rate of waste batteries causes the low treatment and return rate.On the basis of China's national conditions and the successful experience at abroad,the paper designs waste battery recycling management system and put forward the management strategy for batteries and battery industry.The model system promotes the effective functioning of the renewable resources and has a strong practical guiding significance.
