Administrative division has been the rigid restriction to the upgrade and change of urban-rural industrial structure,so the relation between them is studied in this article.Because of the decreased rigidity of the administrative division,regional governments adjust the administrative division to form a multiple-centered industrial space,leading to the upgrade and adjustment of the regional industrial structure.In this article,a case study is made on Hangzhou about its changing course of the industrial space and structure since the Opening and Reforming,to discuss a possible route of the adjustment of administrative division as well as its good effect on the upgrade and change of the industrial structure.
